    gonna be cutting next week

    im 18, 5'10" and weigh 83kgs (183lbs)
i have been lifting for 2 months and i want to start burning fat 1kg per week for 10 weeks, i know its possible for me,
so far roughly my diet has consisted of high protien, low carbs, and med levels of fat, i cant be too specific.

i want to keep my muscle mass, my plan so far is to do cardio 4 times a week and to lift twice a week with HST, im not gonna lift heavy im just lifting to keep muscle mass, is this a good idea, i might do cardio 6 times instead is this too much, 50 mins each time?

also what should i be eatin in terms of carbs, protien, and fruit.
should i cut out all carbs?

and most importantly, what should i be looking out for, i know losing 10kgs in one go cant be too safe, should i be watching blood pressure and sugar levels, i can easily do that(i have the equipment at home).

When modifying my diet to lose b/f I change:

Total caloric consumption (lower, about 350 cal. p/day, p/week)
Total carb. consumption (lower from above cals. to 75-100g daily)

I complete this change gradually over a 16 week period.
    Best Regards,

Do you just have more bodyfat than you want? 183 lbs. on a 5'10" frame shouldn't be too much.
