Anyone know how to make one of these pics an avatar? I would like to put one of the pics of me doing chins in my avatar, but it always says the pics are too big, even though I shrunk them way down.

To make your image an avatar, you have to shrink it down to 64x64. I can do this for you if you want to tell me which image of those 4 you want to use.
either one of the back shots while doing the chins is fine, Saturday Fever, thanks for the help.
And no, the pec tear was a freind of mine. Not me, thank God. The guy who tore that pec is back benching almost 600 right now. The tear was about a year ago, or slightly longer than that.

Save the image I have attached here, and you can use it as an avatar.
What kind of weight are you guys pushing in the bench clips from your video link? The intensity looks insane.
OUCH

Where is that insane gym in the "ano" section? The setup looks incredible.
Also, I sent you a PM Benchmonster.

Weights in the clips got up there pretty high. I did a 600 on the number 9 clip, and a 650 on the number 10. I got smashed out flat, and had trouble racking that one even though it locked, so it was not as pretty as number 9. On the close grip for reps, I think we were around 405 to maybe working up to 500 or so.
It was a pretty intense workout. We do something similar every other Sunday or so. They have to travel to get here, but I have a home gym and I am centrally located so every other week or so, we get together to train. I have never ever failed to set a PR when those guys are here. In case anyone is wondering, I am the tiny little guy in the clips.
The insane gym in the Ano section is in Finland. It belongs to Ano Turtainen. Strongest 275 lb man on the planet. Has like the second highest total of all time, I believe. Only one higher is Garry Frank, who weighs almost a hundred pounds more than Ano.
Ano is a legit threat to deadlift 900, and has squatted over a grand a few times. Also a 600 bencher, so just strong all the way around.
Finns are the world's best deadlifters. Great genetics for pulling.

Are you in Oregon? When was this Oreogn West Coast Open?
what are those bands while ur benching supposed to do.
somewhat what I eat...

Bands accomodate resistance. You are stronger by nature near lockout than you are on the chest. The bands when anchored above the bar reduce bar weight while on the chest but allow the full bar weight to be felt at or near lockout.
When choked down from below, the bands are increasing the stress felt by increasing the tension, but again the tension is much greater near lockout than on the chest.
Bands are outstanding. Everyone should get them. they are available at elitefts.com in case anyone is interested.
