I started doin cardio on empty stomach today, hopefully this will increase fat loss. Been sick as hell though, hopefully this won't inhibit my progress too much. I'm out of chicken breasts, so i had to opt for lots of turkey sandwiches today.

How many calories do you consume per day?

To answer Rob's question; I try to consume 1800 calories a day. I think i am gonna up it to around 2200, I'm also gonna try to change my ratios to 45/45/10.

My sleep was good. The thermo has curbed my sugar cravings, good thing. I added a tbs of pb in the diet, for a few more kcals.
