i heard eating alot of sodium isnt good?
also wat is good amount to intake or wat u should not exceed?
There is no RDA for sodium but it is an essential nutrient for many vital body functions. A high sodium intake is rare for bodybuilders as the majority of our foods are fresh and we cook ourselves. So the only real sodium is that which occurs naturally or that which we add during the cooking process. Processed foods are where most people will run into over-consumption of sodium. For bbers our sodium intake can be higher than normal as a lot will be lost during training sessions etc. As long as your water intake is normal (from 1-2 gallons a day) you have no worries...
1-2 GALLONS a day is normal? Lam that's seriously high, and at 2 gallons a day, probably not healthy. That's 32 cups of water a day.
1-2 Gallons should be the norm for a serious bodybuilder. My workout partner actually shoots for 4 gallons a day.

"As far as drugs were concerned, all my bodybuilding heroes were on everything but roller skates."
In Memphis, it is illegal for a woman to drive by herself, unless a man is walking or running infront of the vehicle, waving a red flag in order to warn approaching pedestrians and motorists.
What's the point in overhydrating yourself? There's a reason you piss it all out you know. ;-)
I don't think 1-2 gallons is overhydration by any means.
