I went from 180-182 to 192-194lbs in the last 7 to 8 weeks.
I'm 5'9" and have been training properly for 4 months in total
100% Lifetime natural as well.

Thanks, well I can thank my dad for my legs, they're always naturally bigger than the rest of me, and they grow without much doing

when you hit 220 at christmas, how do you feel your cutting will be, are you intimidated by future cutting phases?
my goals: gain weight and muscle mass
I'll then shred up with interval sprints. My diet is pretty good now, I eat every 2-3 hours, and I'm not really gaining any fat, waist has stayed around the +- 1/2 inch side for the last 4 months
Hey we are pretty simillar built, only you're bigger weightwise.

About the Bicep thing, one thing I noticed is that most of my muscles have fairly good fibre length, except my biceps and forearms which have a longer tendon, ie less actual muscle area. My biceps would have a good peak if I ever get them big enough and me lean enough, in a Franco Columbo sorta way. But because they are short, they'll never be Arnold/Sergio like
I can see a prominant peak in the mirror, but it doesn't seem to come across in photos though
Right now my calves are an inch bigger than my arms...but my arms are growing faster than my calves thank goodness
My wrist is 6.75 BTW
Well I actually have a very small waist, but that's also where I store most of my fat, so right now its at 33 inches. When I'm lean its about 29 inches and 27 or so when I'm shredded![]()

Pretty much standard periodization fare.....the 3 week modified HST cycle served as a "concentrated loading," allowing a better adaptation to the strength/power training occuring during the period of delayed training effect.
As for the idea laid out of doing 6-week HST cycle followed by a 6-week strength/power routine, I think that would be excellent. The period of the DTE lasts roughly the period of the concentrated loading, so you'd quite possible obtain quite lucrative gains.
