Going to be putting progress pics up THIS thread every single month. Probably around the end of the month or the beginning of the next month, depending. Hopefully my progress will be pretty obvious. Well see. So far I have one from July, then one from the beginning of August, then one from the end of August.
This was on July 5th I believe. Something like that.
I weighed 213 lbs.

Here was something like the beginning of August or something along those lines. Like August 2nd maybe. I believe I was around 205 lbs. Which is down a bit from the first pictures.
My next progress pictures Ill put up around Auguest 30-31 or maybe September 1st. Well see. I am around 200-202 lbs. right now.

I can see improvement for sure MonStar. You will look really great if you can cut to around 190.

Yeah BB agreed man. If I can get down to around 190 lbs. I should be fairly lean. Well see what happens. I am thinking about taking new pics today - cant decide.
Weakpoints = back, calves, midsection (obviously), and a few others.

I have been training a total of 6 years, around 1-1.5 years knowing what I was doing. If that. Started training heavy at the young age of 12, which was extremely young. But it didnt stunt my growth at all like many believe.
As you guys know my diet has basically been a lot of junkfood and just keeping my calories around ~3000. So the bottom line is calories in vs. calories out I think.
Thanks orangecrush for the comments about my biceps and back. My back is a big weakpoint for me I am always trying to bring it up. Want HUGE lats...

Thanks for all of the support guys, really really appreciate it. Didnt expect all of the positive feedback. As many of you know my diet has been a TOTAL joke for the past month so its insane that I have made any progress at all to be completely honest.
Monstar what sort of diet did you use to lean out? I know you have tried alot in the past, this seems to be the most sucessful one, time wise and lbm wise

Believe it or not its been nothing but CRAP! Just more or less fast food, and all that - but tracking my calories pretty precisely. I mean more or less keeping a good estimate of how many calories I was taking in each day and everything like that ya know?
Focused on the calories in vs. calories out principle.
