Okay, well, after getting really fat before summer time, I decided to cut down, and be super disciplined. This is a pic of me at about 6'3.5, 230 lbs.
This pic is after 2.5 months of hard training and flawless eating. Do you think I made good progress? When do yout hink I'll be able to see abs at this rate? Any advice? I'd really love to see stomach muscles, as I did not even know they existed. Thanks for any criticism.
you can't really tell with the pics, the second one is dark and your arms are up in the air (which means your chest is strected, not giving the same view as before)

Please post another picture posing exactly as you did in the first picture. That is the best way for us to compare the two.
At any rate, great job at:
1. Wanting to look better
2. Actually going ahead and DOING something and sticking with it.
It is VERY tough work!

there is definetly some major progress between the 2 pics but you still have some work ahead of you.
you should post your diet and meal times...
Oh what the hell, you really cannot see a thing in that second picture. Why did you even post a picture if you can't even see anything in it??
I'm very sorry for the bad picture. Here's another one, taken at roughly the exact same time and pose. Hopefully you can see this okay.

Thanks. Yeah, I figure I wanna get down to lose another 15 lbs. I think that'd leave me with a six pack, and from there, bulk to about 195 or so. Maybe?
Seanilles, you look almost exactly the way I do at the moment. It would be interesting to keep in contact with you and co-post progress?
