My girlfriend's gums and teeth on the right side of her face have been killing her for around 5 days now. To the point where she just cries and cries. Her right side of her nose also is in pain. She said it feels like pressure and just getting your teeth pulled. She hasnt been able to sleep for days now because of this.
She takes Tylenol Sinus every 3 hours or so and she said that makes the pain bearable.
What could this be!?
why does you girlfriend never go to a doctor?

maybe her wisdom teeth or comming in.... or maybe it's ginigivitis... basically it's her gums bleeding and such... go to a dentist/doctor and get someone to look at it..

Monstar, is her face spasming or twitching as well ?

Nah no face spasms. Just extreme tooth pain and gums aching. Shes taking Orbasol now, along with Tylenol Sinus (she thinks it maybe sinus related).
wisdom teeth are comin in. get em pulled

Interesting idea. How old is she?
I didn't have any pain that I can remember before I had them pulled. If that's what she has, that's some pretty massive pain radiation to make one side of her nose hurt. Ouch.
I had an infected premolar on the right side of my mouth. The pain kept me up all night and radiated throughout the entire right side and up into my nose. It was BAD. A friend had an encystation which also caused the same thing. Hers was actually within the sinus cavity above her tooth. If it's keeping her up she needs to see a doctor or dentist pronto. Best of luck.

My latest (and only) WBB article.
i had my gums bleed and very sensitive two years ago... i mean i couldn't even eat solid food because it hurt so much whenever anyone would touch it.... i had gingivitis or something like that and i had this cream that i would rub all over my gums to make it sumb... maybe that's it... tell her to go to the doctor and get it checked out

WELL, this isn't what I expected when I read a post titles "girlfriend has mouth pain"...
take'er to the doctor..![]()
Go to the doctor...
I don't know if it could cause pain *that* bad, but when I had a badly infected tooth in need of a root canal I would wake up crying because my jaw had closed on the tooth. I didn't know what was wrong so I went to the dentist and he fixed it by drilling half my tooth off, cutting the nerves out, cleaning the nerv passages out, and putting a crown on .![]()

dunno if this helps or not...but i am prone to sinus infections, i have had them so bad in the past that it made whatever side of my face affected feel just like i had impacted teeth, wich in reality exactly what was going on..the infection will travel thru the entire jawbone area, into the mouth and i have had the nose itself hurt..the good news is , it is relatively easy to diagnose and treat w/ simple antibiotics. go to a doc, get some antibi's, and tell her to try warm compresses( it sumtimes helps to move the infection)
good luck

Sucks that's what it is. When is she getting it taken care of? The pain killers were pretty fun the day or two after I had mine done.
EDIT: Whoops... I had pain killers for the wisdom teeth, not the root canal.
