I've been bulking for a 15 months now (ever since I started bodybuilding). I'm now at 6'.5 and 205 pounds from 155 pounds. I'd like to continue to put on a little more muscle mass till I cut for the first time. And want to hold off on cutting until spring of next year. I have been eating 5000 calories a day, 300 grams of protein..and doing no cardio to put on this weight. I have been doing a clean bulk. My waist is now up to 33 inches. (which still looks relatively small for my height)
My question is, I want to start doing some cardio once or 2 times a week. To help prevent my waist from getting any bigger. Now if I want to continue to put on muscle mass, should I do this first thing in the morning still before eating as if I was cutting? or should I do cardio after a meal is in me?
Thanks for any responses....I wont be able to respond for a few hours.
Ok, you've gained 50 lbs and you're going to keep bulking??? I'd say it's time for a cut.... What's your bf%?
Age:30
Height: 5'7"
Weight: Not Big Enough

I was very skinny when I started, I've done as clean as a bulk as I pretty much could, especially for the past 6 months or so. I havnt had my bodyfat measured, I just bought a digital camera so hopefully I can get someone to take some pictures for me. My abs are just barely visible now. But is it worth cutting heading into the winter months? what do you guys think?
do 20 minutes at a moderate-intensity after your weight training sessions...
thanks LAM, will I still be able to make some muscle gains doing this?
I Realise I wont be gaining muscle and losing bodyfat at the same time. I just dont know if I'm ready to commit to cutting yet. Still feel small.
yes, you shoudl still be able to gain. Just don't go to intense. a walk on an incline treadmill will suffice IMO.
