How do you guys rate my progress over 2 months.
Been eating clean, taking creatine and flax seed oil and training heavy weights 8-10 reps high volume.
This is 2 months ago, admitedly a more relaxed pose, but this wasnt really a bodybuilding pic when i took it, I wasnt even into bodybuilding back then just lifting weights and getting my bench up.
you had a great build even 2 month ago but now you have made much progress! props!

5'10,185-190lbs, 12-16%bf
cant really tell progress with those 2 pics, one is flexed and one is relaxed.............try to hit the same pose when you want a comparison and hit up the tanning booth![]()

Westy, I see great progress in the traps, shoulders, arms and some abs. Great job!!! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the comments guys and gals, im not gonna hit the tanning booth tho cos I live in Australia and its the end of winter, which means im gonna hit the beach hard for the next 6 months.![]()
