Hello everyone this is a new year at a new school for me. I will be attending a prep school in Brooklyn and need a way I can bulk up before starting the varsity basketball season. My school schedule goes from 8:25-3:09. I have a mid-morning break that lasts around 15 minutes at 10:06. I have lunch at 12-12:45. Could anyone suggest any foods or supplements that I could bring to school to eat during the school day. When I get settled in I was planning on bringing some N-Large 2 in my locker and mixing it during school. My stats are 5'11 152 lbs.
Maybe stick some protein bars in your pocket for a quick fix that won't make ya look too much like a freak (mixing and blending powders at your locker)

I gues by putting on mass it will help him from getting pushed around by the bigger guys and vise versal.
