with natural peanut butter do you drain the liquid on the top when you fi rst open it or mix it in

Mix it in. Also, keep it in the fridge and the liquid will all but mix it self in. At least when you go to stir it, it will not flow out everywhere.

Mix it...the bottle, usually the cover, says to mix the oils and refrigerate.
