    cardio

    about one day a week usually day after leg day (an off day) i do some type of cardio and today i did 1.5 miles in 11 mins 33 seconds... that high of intensity will that effect me any as thats all the cardio i did or is it ok to do this occasionally without muscle loss

    Well, for one that short a duration is not really cardio. Secondly, it is not a good idea, IMHO, to trash your legs with high intesity exercise the day after leg day.

    i had no choice tho it was for a p.e. class and we had to run it in certain time

    Oh, well just once in a while I guess it would not kill you. I just would not make a habit of it. Maybe move leg day if you need to do timed runs often. Nice job though, that's pretty fast.
