I know it looks good on a woman to have nice hips, but I don't want mine showing. The problem is that my hips are wider than my lower back. I know this is due to poor genetics, but is there any way to overcome this? For my back I'm currently doing deads, bent rows, chins, and one arm rows. Are there any exercises I should add to my current back routine?
You got all the main ones there buddy. What do you do for legs ? It could be that you find squatting easy if you have large powerfull hips.

Unfortunately, that's not the case. For legs I do squats, SLDLs, leg extensions, and calf raises.
