Allen, I don't know why you have the attitude you seem to have.
I am proud of my accomplishments, that's for sure. Over my time here, people have criticized everything from my diet, training methods, right down to the equipment I use to lift.
I feel like I am living proof that one doesn't need a fancy gym to make nice gains. I have an Image 3.8 Smith Machine
And a Weider 8630 Machine
A couple of Db's, an ez curl bar, an arm blaster, and a few accessories...
Even with these limitations, it's still possible to get somewhere if you really want to.
