Psst: You're not 10% bf anymore. Maybe in the first picutre, but I'm gonna say from the chest shot it's like 12-14. Unless you have disproportionate fat depositing (like moi).
Main reason for that is, didn't tense abs. Read on and i'll explain

Basically though, I don't have a clue whats up with my bodyfat... When I tense up, I get the top 4, all the fat is at the bottom of my waist ;/ Also when I tense my lats, I can see the serratus thing, which reeeeally confuses me... I don't seem to have any fat anywhere except the bottom of my waist. I can still fit into extra small trousers, if i measure for my waist, but my arse and legs are too big from squats and deadlifts and stuff like that. I think i'm gonna have to buy stuff to fit my legs, and then buy a belt ;/
Any ideas on wtf is up with my bodyfat?

Also, I'm pretty sure I have put on some fat, but i've put on quite a lot of muscle...
I went up 7kgs (15lbs) from June 12 - Now (Sept 23). I think im gonna start cutting pretty soon...
