Alright..went jogging with moonbaby tonight...FORGOT to bring the friggin bugspray
Other than that it was wonderful..we have some great trails here. It was a nice change from my usual interval training. Hopefully I will keep it up...

yeah.. those damn mosquitos.. I HATE THEM! went for a walk with my gf last .. almost came back running.... it was a bad timing too.. my veins were popping out like crazy on my arm.... they were attacking those veins like crazy...
