Sore gums
i got them a little bit now. was worse the last 2 days.
i know its a symptom of a vitamin deficit but im not in one at all.
i was for only like 2 days tho when i ran out of vits but i twas only the Bs. could that be it?

When you say sore gums, do you mean ulcerations? Tenderness? Redness? White color? Around the teeth? Where in the mouth? Etc etc...

round the teeth, kinda thicker than usual and sensitive. no colour change or bleeding. was around my upper front teeth
its kinda gone already tho. still curious
