I think he can do a back flip as well? I watched him on worlds strongest man, he is quite supple anf flexible as wellmy exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

I've seen on ESPN the strongman comps. and people that bodybuild to really well on some events like the now africa stone, farmers walk etc. events that require a lot of cardiovascular strength.
Impressive as hell!! Sure beats looking at glen ross!
