    How many?

    On Average How many g of carbs / g of protein / & overall # of calories do you think there are in a full (VERY FULL) plate of salad w/ out dressing.

    Lettuce, Spinach leaf, a few cherry tomatos, table spoon of olive, small amount of sliced onion. and of course tobasco sauce

    i would say 130-135 cals, 126 coming from the olive oil and the rest coming from the small amount of net carbs in the salad.

    10 g p
    10-15 g f
    Size is SEXY!

    All the veggies are very low in cals and carbs. It would take practically an entire head of lettuce to break 100 cals. Same with all the other stuff.

    For the salad you listed it would be about 200-250 caloires, 15-20g of carbs from the veggies, of which much some I'm sure would be fibrous, and then 13.5g of fat from the oil, which would be 120 cals.

    Not much there

    In lettuce.....well that all water and salt.

    I would think that there is very very few calories in all that

    Maybe.....100-120 all from the olive oil.....some carbs....1-3g of protein?
