k my rear delts are a little lagging. I want to catch up to to my front & side delts. I just started training them twice a week. Hittting them meduim to hard both times. OR should i just work them even hard on my shoulder day, instead of working them twice a week? So far getting some ok results but than again i have been training the rear delts twice a week for 3 - 4 weeks. Any opinions or suggestions?
More is not always better. Sometimes even, less is better. I would suggest training them once a week. One small change I made in my training schedule made a big difference in my rear delt development. Using the "sometimes less is better" mentality, I decided to train rear delts on back day. I figured that since they were getting so much stimulation during rowing movements, I didn't need to train them again on shoulder day. I immediately saw an improvement.
I also train my rear delts on back day, and I think has helped them a lot.
thanks guys, I'll switch to back day and give it a try.
train them first in your workout...
I'm back, bet most of you don't even know my name!
Is your goal to get bigger, or just bigger rear delts?
