    Powerlifting

    Hello all,

As much as I love WBB, I've been looking into powerlifting lately. All I've discovered is that I don't know the first thing about it. I do know it involves three movements-bench, squat, and deads-but I am absolutely clueless as to the methods, routines, exercises, and eating habits used. I would very much appreciate it if a few of you could give me info, such as a sample powerlifting routine and nutrition tips, how to begin a powerlifting program, and make it all understandable for a clueless moron like yours truly

    Thanks,
    -puny

    Yup.

Also, in our journal section, read up on my journal, Adam's, Poweman's, Belial's and the others who train for strength/powerlifting. Good luck with it. Once you start you will be hooked. Ask any questions on here.
