goals for end of the year 405/500/600 at 170-175(with the 8pack)

Bulk. The last time I dieted down from 180 to 160 I kinda looked like that. But I would go for more size.

Well I'm gonna be 17 at the end of the month so I am still pretty young. I was skinnier before though and I have gained 20 lbs in the last 8 months or so which ins't too bad. I do want to stay as ripped as I am now but i want to get bigger chest, shoulders and calves, but I haven't had too much luck with my calves as yet but I still have some time to grow, thanks for the input.
I say, you should keep bulking..get that weight up!

Im around 160 give or take a pound.
You've got a swimmers sort of physique.
Good look. Keep that up for a while i bet the ladies love it, theres heaps of time to get bigger at 17.
