Well here's my story, i used to be a really skinny kid, then became a chubby kid, then went back to skinny, then back to chubby etc and etc. Well, since the age of about 14 i have been chubby. I am now 20 and in college, and i weight 220 pounds! I am atheletic and play on a baseball team, and play all buncha sports, but i just dont feel right in my weight, everything i do feels awkward. I have been weight training on and off for a couple years, but it's been REALLY on and off, id work out every day of the week, then take 3 weeks off, was crazy and really had no enthusiasm for going to the gym. My goal is to lose fat. Over the last 3 weeks i have been weight training every other day HEAVILY. I feel great and i can see a difference on my arms and legs and my performance in the gym. I dont take any protein shakes or stuff like that because i dont like the taste of any of them. I ordered a box of MEGA creatine but havent taken a scoop yet after reading that all the improvements u make to your body will disappear once you stop taking creatine. Daily, i take a capsule of CEntrium Multi vitamin, and Flax seed oil 500 ( saw it recommended here so i bought it, not really sure what it does) I have to admit though, i have a Xenadrine and Stacker 2 bottles laying around from the days i tried losing weight with them, and soemtimes before workouts i pop it in, it provides great energy for the workout. The xenadrine i take is xenadrine XP, without ephidrine, i take them maybe three times per week, never together ofcourse, and way below the suggested use. Anyway my question is am i going about losing fat the wrong way? I look at he scale and i have actually gained 4 pounds! I guess im turning the fat i have into muslce, my face is getting tighter and i love it! But i really want to lose about 20 pounds of fat, and be cut.Is that even possible for me? When i work out i weight train for about 50 mins HARDCORE, and then do about 20 mins of cardio. Will pounds start flying off soon????????? everyday i hop on the scale to see how many pounds i have dropped cause i feel like its ALOT, but on the scale i havent dropped anything. Please give me some info, should i start taking mega creatine, will it help me achieve what i want? Are there any protein shakes or bars i should start eating/consuming? will the way i weight train now help me lose fat, or will i keep gaining muscle but not lose fat? and what will happen if i stop working out, will that muscle turn into fat and i'll be even fatter than i was before? ARGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanna be thinner, i wear size 38 pants, i feel like a baloon, even though i am not that big!

altho, i'm guessing it's been 6 months since we had this disuccion..not the usual 3.
the important thing is moving more, and watchign what you eat. and above all else, persistance.

lol hey tryska! I have learned some awesome stuff from the previous replies, but i think im way ahead now. Hey atlest im no longer asking what 7/11 foods u guys recommend, right? lol. I cant believe that it has almost been 2 years since my 1st post, and you were the 1st one to reply to that one too, thank you for that! Can't believe how fast time flies!!!! Today i am more serious then ever about weight training, i actually love it and i am truly addicted. Even on resting days when i dont go to the gym, i still have to pickup dumbells and do a couple sets, i feel that urge! My question is, i feel great and see great improvements, but am i going about losing weight the wrong way? shoul;d i just say FUK it and just enjoy the muscle im gaining and let this "dream" of being slim and cut, die. Cause i am obviously not dropping pounds. Either way, thank you for your responses trystka, im very shocked that you remember me though lol, but i remmebered you though!
gosh i am such a retard! I went back to read some of the old threads, and all the answers are right there! I gotta give you guys credit for even answering some of the stuff i was asking "why is the sky blue?" Let me ask soemthing semi-retarted, to keep the dualman tradition going. What kinda stuff do u guys buy for your george foreman grill? I lose the boneless chicken, but it takes a VERY LONG time to prepare it, are there other things you'd recommend that could be grilled in less time?
PS> Nobody here knows me,so i guess it;s just a personal statement to myself, but it's very amusing to be able to go back in time and read some of your own posts from a while ago, i wish i could go back in time and smack myself, some of the stuff i was asking, would make you think someone dropped a dumbell on my head while i was sleeping. I guess it's all good though, just shows that life is flying by, and we're all growing up. It's great that we're all able to grow up with time, but it's horrible how quick time flies!!!!!!!!!

as for the grill - fish should cook pretty quickly.....maybee burgers, but i'm not sure why the chicken would take so long?
