My latest picture is after 7 weeks of bulking and im natural. im goin to aim for 210 lbs before dieting down to strip away that bodyfat.
Let me know what you think are my gains good fore 2 years of hard training as a natty.

thanks for your comments. as ive only been training for two years i still consider myself as a newbie as there is so much to learn and try out.
so it has been worthwhile seeing your comments to help me see if my gains are good for the stage i am at. With me being natural it is hard to find genuine articles that show the development of a natty.
thanks again guys i will post some more pictures when ive finished bulking after xmas then again after my cutting phase.
