I bought some at the store which had a nutrition label and was already cut into serving sizes. It was 4oz..... 120 cals, and 25 g protein. and I think like 1.5 grams of fat or something.

Then I got another pack and the serving sizes are like 8ozs, so I've just been cuttin em in half.

To make sure you get the right nutrition info, you might want to weigh the chicken breast so you know exactly the amount. Eye-balling or guessing can be way off...

I could give all to Time except - except

The things forbidden that while the Customs slept
I have crossed to Safety with? For I am There,
And what I would not part with I have kept.
