Well this sucks, last year I was 185lbs at about 15%bf, then the injury, lost most of it. So this summer I did a bunch of cardio and light lifting that wouldn't hurt myself and lost weight down to like 160-165. By the end of the summer- the first pic- I was probably under 160 at 5'10. Now I'm bulking again, and the second pics are from the first day of bulking, about a week ago. I will post any more pics I take during and after bulking later.

Meat head, edit your original post, delete out the [img]...[img] bit and then go down to attach file and browse to where your image is at. Just make sure that the image is smaller then 102400 bytes...

it looks as if you have gyno (not sure if you do though) so i'd put in extra chest work..
