chicken - buy the book by mccance and widdowson complete food table list. it contain over 1,000 foods and has both macro and micro nutrient breakdowns. i am not sure on the exact title but it the best text of its kind if your student library has a food + nutritonal section they will have the book, but genreally its to technical for most common library
