Nice shape mate. You are lean and very cut up. I don't really see any problems with your upper body.....I would just say continue to add mass everywhere.

Upper body looks really fantastic.
Definately something wrong with those leg stats though
15.5 calves and 23.3 quads just dont cut it on a 6ft 5" guy with an upper body like yours.
