I am 5'7" 145-148 lbs.
I wanna gain a good 15 pounds of lean muscle.
I am taking weight gainer in the morning, and a protein/glutamine shake after my workout.
I am also eatting about 2000 on average calories (mostly chicken meals) add that to my shakes it is close to 3000 calories.

Lastly, I am doing a low rep high weight routine since sept (i am on week 5)

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me gain my goal?
