well alot of you know the problems ive been going through lately with injuries and inflicet wounds in the last 6 months ive dealt with deadedn thorrasic nerve(still dead) gun shot wounds to the belly and shoulder impingments and now a dislocation in left shoulder. i am going to bulk up as soon as i can a few months ago i was wasted away to 163 lbs so ii feel tons better now
