Now 20 days into my diet i have gone from 204lbs to 198lbs. How does this rate for a cutting diet.
I am currently on a 20%carbs, 50% protein and 30% fats. Although im having one cheat day per week, and post workout my carbs are high.
My abs are tighter so are my thighs. Im aiming to diet until december 14 which will be my 14 week plan to ripped. what do you think any help would be appreciated

That's fine. 1-2 pounds a week is ideal.
