So I'm finally posting a couple pics, I'll post the wheels later. My arms don't have a lot of definition, my triceps are definitely dominant over the biceps. I've been back into lifting for about 6 mos after a 3 year hiatus. Any feedback, good or bad, is appreciated.

"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

I'm bulking right now, so I'm gonna hold off a couple more months on the cardio until my cutting cycle.

You look good, especially considering you're just getting back into the swing of things after such a long hiatus. You're definitely higher than 15% bodyfat, though. How did you have it determined? Bio-electrical impedance?
We tend to think of Sisyphus as a tragic hero, condemned by the gods to shoulder his rock sweatily up the mountain, and again up the mountain, forever. The truth is that Sisyphus is in love with the rock. He cherishes every roughness and every ounce of it. He talks to it, sings to it. It has become the mysterious Other. He even dreams of it as he sleepwalks upward. Life is unimaginable without it, looming always above him like a huge gray moon. He doesn’t realize that at any moment he is permitted to step aside, let the rock hurtle to the bottom, and go home.

It was tested at 15% with both Bio-electrical and calipers. Of course, that was about 3 months ago when I was 15-20 pounds lighterOriginally posted by Blood&Iron

I plan on bulking until I'm 195-200 and then start cutting around january.

keep hittin the bech mate
lookin like a true irishman.
I think you'd have easier times packing on the muscle after you cut abit - If I were you I would not pack another 15lbs before cutting off some fat - just my humble opinion.
Stats
5'10,185-190lbs, 12-16%bf
You look like yo have a thick foundation to restart on. I'm 5'8 also but I have about 2 year hold, however I got skinny and gained a lot of body fat, but I cut down before I started bulking up that helped me go through a cleaner bulk and now I don't have as much BF to last I probaby would have. I under stand bulking because after i get my six pack I'm going on a clean bulk to reach 200lbs. That way when I cut down I might way about 180lbs and I can look like STAN MCQUAY![]()

SO thats your picture at the top... and those are your actual stats in your signature, and what you lift...
yes those are his actual stats.
Yes, they are my pics, and yes, those are my actual stats. If I was going to exaggerate, then I'd say my bench was a helluva lot higher than 205 x 3.Originally posted by Rottie

Hey hold it there Sparky, nobody is accusing you of anything. You just seem a bit small for someone to be doing PROPER tricep pressdowns with 35 Lbs less than you weigh is all. 150 LB pressdown at 185 Lbs is impressive, but you can do it for 10. That is very impressive. Your triceps must be growing well. Congrats and keep lifting.
Yeah, my Tri's have always been my strong point. I do press downs w/ a full ROM and proper form.Originally posted by Rottie
