I just wanted to introduce myself "formally" by posting my pic.
I also wanted to let all of you know that this forum has really impressed me with the quality of the people in it. I've quietly surfed the posts and gotten to know a little bit about most of the "regulars", and I can honestly say that the comaraderie is outstanding. If there is ever any advice or opinion that any of you may need, please feel free to ask away. You've all earned my respect.
(BTW, My wife and dog are also in the picture. That's my whole world right there.)If it were easy, EVERYONE would look good!

Don't really know what to tell you there, BC. My chest may appear that way in the pic, cuz I don't really think it's holding much BF.

Depends on how quick you want to bulk, and how clean. If you are very conscious of fat gain, then you should just start with something slightly higher than maintenance. Make sure you are getting a healthy amount of calories from all 3 macronutrients. I'm not a big diet expert though. I'm sure you'll find better advice in the diet forum.
