Ok had a daily bammer chronicle long ago but its too far gone now to find.
Ok heres a yrs update i was gaining good and getting stroner i then deadened a thorrassic nerve last september then started fighting last march . then in oct i fought in a tourney and dislocated my good ind deadened shoulder. So here i am waiting to get big and strong

yesterday i did a little back work no deads jsut to get a feel for where i am at i
T BAR rows (plate loaded) 4 plates 3 sets 12,8,6
lat pulls 2 sets 290 x8
bi curls 50 lb db curls 3 sets x10
cleaning up diet somewhat cut out daily pies cakes and brownies

felt like a puss yesterday i only leg pressed 8 plates for three sets ****ery
i did do the machines maxed out but that didnt help my confidence at all when some 90 lb girl legg pressed 4 plates **** im suck a pussy grrrrrrrrrrrr

shoulder is hurting but got through it
40 lb db bench 3sets strict as hell x12
plate loaded press 3x12
fly press(machine 3x12
i know this looks week but i want to take it slow my shoulder is still really weak and i dont want to chance it

Dude don't worry how much you are lifting relative to others...or even relative to how much you used to lift. Just take it slow and ease yourself back. You've been out of things for a while now...another week or two taking things easy won't do you any harm, whereas the alternative probably will.

STILL RECOVERING not really watcing my diet i am eating healthy in spurts but when a batch of brownies or cake comes along i eat it
did chest yesterday got up to 70 lbs dumbells which is a big jump
did 3sets of flat dbs 3 of decline and 3 chest presses

YEAH PEIT this is a mess so is my work out regime its inconsistant spotty at best
I need to clean up this messy journal and my workouts
right now im going 3 times a week and working around my shoulder its difficult at times due to pain but i need to get a more consitant documentation so anyone who views might be able to help me

Tonight i am going to lift around my ailments i am still going to gain weight but try to add 3 days of cardio a week
I am not counting calories as i dont compete so i feel its a waste of time but will eat every 3 hrs and snack on chips or nuts when i feel like it
will update how workout went tommorrow

glass of milk 8 egg omelete
10 am slim fast with a scoop of protein
12 pm -half bag of triscuits
130 pm -bowl of red beans and rice (sausage)
330 tuna sandwhich on wheat with some almonds to boot
530-workout
630 post workout shake
730 chilli with cheese and crackers
9pm-cookies (while watching my raiders)
12 am-bedtime shake

t bar rows- 3 sets - 2 plates for 15 reps 3 plates for 10 reps 4 plates for 7 reps (45 lb plates)
machine rows- 3 sets to 12 with 290 lbs
cybex lat pulls- 2 sets at 290 lbs for 8 and 6 reps respectively
lat pulldowns 1set at 120 for 10 reps 1 set at 130 for 8 reps
bis- 1 set with 60lb dumbells for reps of 8 (each hand)
1 set with 50 lb dumbells reps of 8 (each hand)
preacher curls with dumbells using 40 lb dumbells 3 set of ten reps
