Curious as to what effects fibrous vegetables would have on ketosis? Is it possible to eat veggies with your meals to add in fiber instead of supplementing with a fiber supp? If so how much?
Most people stay in ketosis with up to about 20g carbs. Some a bit higher, some maybe a bit lower.
Have some for the fibre and the phytochemicals, but just don't go over the top.

eating under 100g/day of carbs will put you in ketosis to some degree.
When i was CKD'ing i took a fiber supp. Bout 10g a day at night and during the day i would eat various veggies.
Green leafy vegetables won't be a problem on a CKD, just don't go overboard like Rob said.
