Is it bad to do weight training right after doing thirty minutes of cardio work? Should I do them on seperate days?![]()
Yes. If anything, do the cardio after weight training not before. If you can do it after, that's fine.. but you might want to do it on a seperate day.

If I do cardio and weights on same day, I do weights first then carido last. I want to have as much energy as possible when I lift and cardio will use it up.
Burritos are the bomb for bulking!
