    Reaching my goal

    current 5'10" 163# b/f dont know..(waist 32) my goal is to be 170-175# with b/f close to 6-7% ...do I have to bulk up to say 180 then cut...or can I reach my goal without having to bulk up???

    work out 4-5 time a week ...good diet.....gains are steady
    back in the gym after 2yr layoff due to injuries....will try and post a pic when I can...any info would great....

    Well, I don't really know how you'd achieve 175 pounds from 163 w/o doing some sort of bulk. So, yah, I'd say you should do a clean bulk and then a cut cycle.

    OK...yes bulking up...how much...180 then cut down to 175??? is that how this work...first for me clueless!!!!
