Where do you lift?
Looks like you've got a good base to build on. Its always good to start out lean.
Squats work better than supplements.

I came close to getting a house in CV a couple of years ago. I love that neighborhood. CVP was a hangout in my college days.
Alas, my yuppiness took over, and I lived in Canton (at Tindeco) and then bought a house in Fells Point. Baltimore is a fun city to live in right now - lots of renewal happening. Plus, the corner bars remain.
Good to have you here.
Routine looks good. Nice and basic. I'd add in a SLDL or good morning or something like that for your lowback and hamstrings, and I'd drop one of the rows for a vertical pull (chin, pulldown).
Do you have a power rack and a set up you won't outgrow, or do you think you'll need to get to a commercial gym at some point.

If your just starting up it wouldn't be fair to you to critique your pic. So with that I'll say train hard and train smart. Make sure your diet is dialed in with proper ratio of Carb/Pro/fat. Good luck on your come back!!
Peace and out,
