Here's a pic of me. This is an old one. This is how I looked after 3 years of treatment (chemotherapy) and before I started back to any lifting at the gym.
I'll put up some more recent ones if I can soon.
anyhoo this gives you an idea of how I look.

Dude, did Doogie Howser just steal my fucking car?
Actually I lost my hair three different times. There were 4 phases to my protocal
-remission induction therapy (lost hair)
-central nervous system (CNS) prophylaxis (lost hair)
-consolidation or intensification therapy (lost hair again)
-maintenance therapy (much milder treatment and the longest)
The first three were over a 15month period and the maintenance was the rest.
This picture was after all that...I was drug free here. whoo hoo
now my focus is to get big again. I've since become a trainer, studied nutrition and "might" go to med school and become a DOC. lol
like I said, that all happened 10 years ago.
You can beat Cancer Too!
I thought I should at least mention what's happened in the past
A) So that people understand if they read my journal (Why I can't lift as heavy as before because of some joint problems I'm still over coming)
B) Hopefully people can benefit from my experiences in some way. (unfortunately were all going to come across someone who has or had cancer.)
C) It's a reminder for me as to how far I've come. I sometimes loose sight on what I've actually achieved. I tend to be pretty hard on my self. Lol
However I never want to use anything as an excuse either. So lets all hunt down and achieve our goals! The past is the past! Lets learn from it and move on.

Quite an appropriate name you have there too. I look forward to reading your journal![]()
