I just joined this board, and would like some feedback, good or bad!!! I have been training naturally, at home for about 6 months. I have put on about 18 pounds in this time. I'm a hard gainer, and the only thing going for me is that I don't have to worry about getting any more lean!!!!

I'll agree with eclips1, you're pretty cut. Time to start the heavy man's bulk. I'm in the same boat as you as I'm a hard gainer. Bulking's never easy but its fun.
What's your training split? You ain't doing any more cardio are ya?

Eclips1, I am 5'11", 163lbs.(no kidding I need some mass!) arms:14.25", chest:40", neck:14" calves:14" bf%:not sure.
HomeYield; I do arms+legs on day one, chest, shoulders+back on day two. All heavy with low reps(6-10) I do no cardio, and almost no ab work. I use creatine on and off, and lots of whey. I'd love to add mass, but it comes verrrry slowly for me![]()
