Need some help big time!!! Beginner

As this being my first post here I guess I better give alittle information on me so maybe it might make it a bit easier to help me out. I am 16 years old and I am about 115 lbs with a 10% b/f.
I am looking to put on some major gains because I am tired of not being as big as I want. I have been lifting for about a year. I am currently lifting 3 times a week mon weds and friday. I work my abs on my off days from lifting. I am taking creatine and I am taking protein shakes right now.

I would like to have some advice from some people that are more familiar with the whole lifting thing.

One more question- When and how should I take Glutimine?

I recommend checking out the articles on the main page and then if you have specific questions ask them.

I wouldn't worry too much about Glutamine at this point. Do some searches on diets and try to eat as much good s**t as you can and you will grow.
