    ok hers one thing, in those pics it makes me look slimmer them i am, also i have saddle bags like a mof0 i havnt really consentrated sp?:^) on abs for that matter i would prefer to like to get my upper body in shape cause i used to have gyno, i think thats the correct term for bitch tits?.

    so i do want to cut some weight from the mid section but im not to worried about that right now.

    with the weight that u gained is that muscle or fat? and have u noticed a increase in strength?

    ps, do u have any pics so i can cross refrence what i should be looking like?

    i'd say it was mostly muscle that i put on, and yes i have moved up about 5lbs on everything almost. I'll get a pic up as soon as i can. I'll have to borrow my friends digital camera. You have more weight than me but my body is pretty cut.

    ya im droping very quick which is kinda suprising, im now at 162 which used to be 165 about a week ago, and about 3 weeks before that i was 170+, so i am seeing lose in weight but increse in strength so thats good, also just recently have i changed my diet, i used to eat what ever when ever,up until a short while ago
