I'll need to get my camera ...but anyways ... here I'am eating a meal in my hotel room ... chicken and rice guys... you can't go wrong ... carbs and protein

I shold be around 3-4 % ... I'm going to get a bit heavier ... around 295 and get harder and tighter at that weight ... then the last 2 weeks ... I will bring cardio into play and watch my calorie intake. after that it is all water ... putting the water into the muscle and making it full while trying to stay dry.... Full and dry wins shows... don't let anyone tell you different.
I should be around 277-280 lbs on stage this year...
