    Fiber

When I blend up my protein shakes, I usually put a spoonful of psyllium husks in it along with some creatine.
My question is, to what extent does fiber inhibit the absorption of nutrients? Will it block or "tie up" the creatine I put in the shake? Just curious.

It will slow down absorption, that all. Not the best think to do for your post workout shake.

    Yeah.

Fibre can prevent fat absorption, but that's not relevant in this scenario.
