    Here's my daily nutritional intake....

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with diced tomatoes and sliced olives, 2 cups of milk, 1 piece of toast

A.M. Snack: apple, banana, 1 can of tuna in water

lunch: Turkey/chicken sandwhich with sliced tomatoes, olives, non-fat mustard, pepper, lettuce (kinda like Subway only without the pimply kid slopping half the damn bottle of mustard on your food), 1 cup of cottage cheese (non-fat), 1 1/2 cups of veggies (usually peas, grean beans or corn), 1 cup of milk, 1 yogurt

P.M. Snack: Nitro tech bar, orange, 1 can of tuna in water

    Pre-workout: 44 gram protein shake

    Workout

Post workout: Nitro tech, Cell Tech

Dinner: Turkey, beef, chicken or low-fat pork, veggies, 1 cup of cottage cheese (non-fat), 1 cup of veggies (same as lunch basically)

I never knew how hard a diet would be to follow! But I've been pleased with the results so far. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

If your wallet is getting too light, nitrotech and cell tech are overpriced. Can easily make your own.

I would say you need to get some more fat in your diet and also I would eat some carbs pre-workout.
