    Cardio question

I've read that doing cardio and weight training at the same time will not have as big of an effect as doing one of these at a time, but is it ok to do cardio for weight loss during my days off? Sorry I know this has been posted before but would like to clarify things

Its fine, but make sure you're not doing too much cardio. Doing long sessions of moderate or high intensity cardio can limit your muscle gains - just think of what endurance runners look like. There is a reason they are all extremely skinny - their bodies adapted to that because its efficient for lots of cardio.

HIIT is the best for burning calories and maintaining muscle.
