Going with beercan's suggestion, I dropped one of my chicken meals and added a burger on whole wheat bread for lunch. What I want to know is if I go to my butcher and get lean chop meat to make burgers, is this meat comparable to steak? I like the burgers better and they are more convenient for me. I will still have steak occasionally, buut is it ok if I have 1-2 meals everyday with lean chop meat(top round)? Does it not contain the same nutrients or anything? Any info is appreciated.

Top round is what they use for roast beef...

It all depends on how much fat they throw in the grinder, as per the macros'

I usually buy a fat bag of the 75% from waldbaums...

Bump. I found out the beef is between 85-90% lean. Anyone else?

Yeah, I don't quite understand what you're getting at Bam. I can see if you got milk from someone who owns a cow, but if you got meat from him, he wouldn't have a cow anymore.
