Don't just call me pessimist. Try and read between the lines. I can't imagine why you wouldn't Welcome any change, my friend. I wanna see it all come down. suck it down. flush it down.
Yeah LOL I have to take that into consideration C, when are you getting some pics up man?
Actually I was going to say you had a pretty sweet back. And your not fat.

Thanks for all of the support guys!! Jeez makes me feel better about my back and not so fat. I am always subconscious about my friggin' back. Maybe because it always seems to be lagging behind my delts, etc. Never got comments about my biceps before! Thanks!

Hey man, definitely not fat. Your back is looking good also, I know how it is, I am always the last to see any progress.... Way to critical of myself. Hey, its the nature of the beast...

Thanks for all the kind words!! I appreciate it, seriously. It makes me feel a lot better about my training and everything like that. I never notice any kind of improvement at all. I dont think I am terribly fat I just think that losing a few lbs.---especially in my midsection, would help me out some.
I do want to grow my friggin' back though!! I want extremely wide lats like chris mason, or one of them. Huge wide delts, and huge wide lats...
Again, thanks for all the kind words guys.
looking great man, deff adding some size...and you are not fat.
keep it up.

"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

COMPLIMENTS: Great arm development. Same with delts. Back is looking thick so no worries there. Overall great progress and base for getting much bigger.
DINGS: Hit those traps. In your rear double bi flex your neck dissapears and there isn't much thickness to your traps in the rear lat spread. Try implimenting some heavy DB shrugs if you don't already. I wrote a lot about that and it's not like you don't have traps, but I needed at least one ding.
Keep up the hard work though... we have similar structures. How are your legs?
