    Grocery stores

What grocery store do you tend to shop at the most? And what part of the counrty are you in? I usually shop at Safeway because they tend to have some good deals on food.

How much do you spend weekly on your grocery bill. If I am good I can usually get away with spending between $100-$150 every two weeks.

But I get home from the grocery store and put all the food away, and I am hungry. So I search through the kitchen and usually say to myself "there isnt **** to eat"...

    Where are you from G-B??
I am from north of Chicago (Lake Forest). So I go to Jewel-Osco. i usually spend about $250 a month on food, if I am good... But since i am at school in Indiana, i have to deal with a lot of white trash and go to Meijer...
Don't just call me pessimist. Try and read between the lines. I can't imagine why you wouldn't Welcome any change, my friend. I wanna see it all come down. suck it down. flush it down.

I shop at Costco. I get several zip locks and store my food and I spend about $100 every other weekon diet food(chiken, steack, oats, eggs, etc.) Then I spend about $50 on snack foods(only on bulks) like cereal, cookies, beer, juice, microwaveable crap(burritos, hot pockets and ect.) If I reach my protein for the day I treat myself to a snack.

Here is my usual expendature at the store, per week, rounded to the nearest dollar.

    milk- 4 gallons, 6.00
    chicken breasts, 10lbs 10.00
    Eggs, 5 dozen 5.00
    Baked beans, 6 cans, 3.00
Yogurt, 10 little cup things, 6.00
    Tuna, 12 cans, 6.00
    Pasta, 5lbs, 3.00
    Bread, 4 loaves, 5.00
I'd say rice, but I'm still working on the fifty pound sack of rice I bought three months ago.

So thats...44 bucks a week on food. Thats not bad, considering everyone accuses me of always eating. 160 a month on food...damn. Actually, I dont always go shopping every week because this usually lasts me a while, but...since I have no job, thats a lot of money.

    So lonely.
